The staff was friendly and helpful, both the organising and cleaning staff and the gentleman who helped with luggage. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. The hotel had a nice roof pool and gym with great views, and the breakfast room and buffet were excellent. There were plenty of dining options nearby for all budgets.

Great location for solo travelers, close to park and Av Paulista. Spacious, well-equipped rooms. Amazing breakfast. Haven-like atmosphere. Pool unfortunately not usable due to weather. Staff helpful.
